Hello from purplegallinule - I am a music enthusiast and have been buying, selling and trading vinyl records since the mid-1970s and I apply high standards when it comes to condition and have always taken extremely good care of my vinyl.
Every record is machine wet vacuum cleaned before being thoroughly play tested and housed in brand new high quality poly-lined inner and protective outer sleeve.
Although considerably more of a music fan than an expert, with almost half a century of experience I certainly know my way around the world of vinyl records well enough to say that you can buy from me with confidence and being a collector myself makes my eBay policy a very simple one - if I wouldn't be happy to slide absolutely any of these records for sale straight into my own cherished personal collection then they will not be listed for sale on here - all I would ask of you is that you give me a chance to put things right if you are not entirely happy with any aspect of the purchase as I can say hand on heart that if anything is not as I have made out it will 100% have been a genuine error on my part and it will be sorted without question as a matter of priority. After once being taken to task after failing to pick up on the fact that due to a tiny pressing plant fault there were 3 clicks to one track on an otherwise pristine original Led Zeppelin album, I am all too aware of the importance of being as fastidious as can be in my evaluations, though thankfully the vast majority do have the nous and good grace to take into account that in the complex field of what is inherently a fragile medium, little things maybe could just slip the net. However, whilst merely an enthusiast in this highly enjoyable and enchanting field, I do take this passion pretty seriously, so please buy with confidence.
All records are sent out asap and packaged thoroughly in bespoke mailers with rigid card stiffeners to avoid creasing, bumped corners etc. and I am always very happy to combine postage.
Please note that I grade everything as 'Excellent (EX)' for the purposes of the generic 'Item Specifics' as, barring M (perfect, brand new and unplayed) and G (fit for the bin), 'gradings' are so subjective that I personally pay them no attention so please see the description below for an actual worthwhile appraisal of what is for sale.

Pink Floyd - 'Dark Side of the Moon' - original 1973 vinyl album in excellent condition. The run outs are stamped 'SHVL 804 A-4', 'SHVL 804 B-3' and 'RLO'.
The vinyl is in excellent condition and retains all of its original lustrous sheen with only the very lightest of superficial hairlines visible in bright light and this visual condition is well reflected in the quite superb playback and I had the immense pleasure of listening to this musical masterpiece this morning and the audio is just delightful throughout.
The sleeve is in pretty good shape though has a small 'tear' to the rear opening and a little shelf wear.
The posters are in great condition, though just one has pin holes, see photo #13. The stickers are not present unfortunately.
I can't claim this to be a particularly rare or highly sought after edition of this legendary album but it is an original 1973 pressing and, to my ears at least, a quite outstanding pressing of this album with regard to the delightfully crisp and detailed audio.

Please take some time to study the photos which are of the actual record for sale. Obviously without the option of physically being able to pick the record up and assess it with your own eyes, this is where the 'zoom' function via the thumbnails is particularly useful as a tool for evaluating the true condition of the item, though I will always aim to highlight anything regarding its condition in the descriptions which I myself would want to be aware of prior to considering buying.
I have some other nice records currently listed with lots of others coming up though I do tend to list as and when I can in 'bursts' rather than always having listings running all the time.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS I ONLY USE EBAY'S GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAMME.
