Due to the fact that most of their lyrics refer to topics classified as neighborhoods such as alcohol, crime, problems with the police, workers, street fights and soccer, they are considered a band identified with the oi! punk. One of the most important band of the Argentine punk scene, 2 Minutos were the first Argentine band to perform at the mythical CBGB in New York, where groups such as The Ramones, Television and Patti Smith, among others, took their first steps.
