ELVIS PRESLEY – CLAMBAKE (LSP-3893) with BONUS PHOTO! PLUS, BONUS ALBUM – G. I. BLUES (LPM-2256), THIRD PRESSING

CLAMBAKE (LSP-3893)

RECORD: GOOD with many scratches and scuffs, a few of which can be felt with the fingertip on this Indianapolis pressing. Expect some audible “ticks” upon play! The labels are without writing or stickers but do show some light wear and spindle marks.

COVER: VG++ (EXC) with no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes. There is some wear along the upper and lower edges and corner tips as well as some minor chips on the spine. The original “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” (40C) inner sleeve is included.

BONUS PHOTO: VG+ with some corner bending as well as fraying at the corner tips. A tiny tear is noticed at the left edge, approximately 3-inches down from the top. Minor handling is noticed as well as a bit of yellowing on the back side from age.

G. I. BLUES (LPM-2256)

RECORD: VG with many light scratches and scuffs, none of which can be felt with the fingertip. This Rockaway pressing has been play tested in its entirety and there were no skips or repeats. Full high fidelity remains intact! Some light “ticks” were detected in softer areas of the music, however. The labels show some definite spindle marks, which do affect the aesthetics. This is a Third Pressing, pressed between 1964 and 1968. Second, “MONO” pressings (1963-64) are very rare!

COVER: VG++ (EXC) with no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes. There is not even any ring wear on this cover! What stops it from the NM grade is a tiny tear at the central edge on the back side at the open end. Please see all photos. The original “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” (40B) is included, though it has lengthy edge tears. The record will be housed in a plain white sleeve for shipping purposes.
