condition sleeve - looks great. can't see anything wrong vinyl - can see lots of hairlines and marks - but it plays really nicely. yes you can hear a little vinyl crackle in the background at times - but every time I try and listen to this to 'hear' the vinyl noise I just keep getting lost in the track.
Anyway this seems to be a very creative Lee Perry EP - 4 versions of Police and Thieves - the main vocal mix ends quite suddenly with a sort of church bell and slides into Jah Lion's toasting dub version - the flip is a sax mix that leaps into Perry's Grumblin' Dub - this is a must for Perry fans. Serious Lee gear. And yes if you listen carefully sometimes there's a faint vinyl crackle etc...but not often or always. However if you look at the vinyl it looks a big average - but it sounds very very close to good IMO.
