This is the 45 RPM debut vinyl single "Ceremony" by New Order. It was released on Factory Records, catalog number FAC 33/12. This vinyl single is an early reissue and was released in 1981. It includes the tracks:

The record itself is in better than Very Good (VG+) condition with few visible marks but no scratches and has no affect to how the record plays. The cover is also in better than Very Good (VG+) condition with minor wear. Great buy!
