released 1930 on the Vocalion label - Made in Australia
Can be listened to on U-Tube.
Side B is another monologue by Pat Hanna "It Isn't Love, It's Bacchus"
"The Gospel According to Cricket" was re-released in 1953 on the Regal label (23 years later!).
Condition is very good+. Surfaces still shiny, minimal signs of use, insignificant scratches, mostly to side B. The original Vocalion sleeve is in nice condition with no side splits.
Usually much played and missing its sleeve but not this copy.
