UK 4-Track 12" single in thin card sleeve.

The sleeve is in VG condition, with noticeable creasing and shelf wear (see photos) but no splits.
The record has only been played a couple of times since purchase, including once to check it before listing it. It is in excellent condition, with little surface noise.
This record has been looked after carefully since purchase second hand.
