I take “GREAT CARE” in packing all my items.  However, in the rare event that an item is damaged in shipment, it cannot be returned for a refund, therefore, INSURANCE is always recommended and paid for by the buyer, when requested, especially on fragile items. 

I assume no responsibility for item(s) once it is shipped, OR mishandled by the shipper or recipient OR lost OR damaged during transit.  I will assist with a claim if filed with the shipper where necessary.  The  time in transit is merely an estimate by the post office and on occasion might take longer due to their schedules.

Unless we describe the item (s) as NEW, you can expect minor flaws.  We offer many different collectibles including older and vintage items and do not claim to be an expert in any field.  The condition of any item is only our opinion. We make every effort to give accurate descriptions and if possible, enlarge the pictures so you can see any flaws.  So be sure to look it over, EMAIL WITH QUESTIONS prior to bidding, and bid only if you intend to complete the transaction.  I am not selling on approval, all items are sold AS IS and sales are final. 

Payment:  Acceptable form of payment is thru EBay.  EBay is no longer processing PayPal payments.  Tracking, Delivery Confirmation or Certificate of Mailing is added to every order and is included in the shipping cost, unless noted.  I cannot be responsible for the package or contents once it is accepted at the post office counter.  I generally use standard shipping unless buyer requests other shipping options and coverages, although shipping time in transit will be longer and cost may be higher.  Payment is due at auction end.

CONGRATULATIONS TO EBAY.  Once again, they have found yet another way to increase their seller’s costs.  As of May 2021, eBay has increased their final and shipping fees as well as charging a transaction fee on the total transaction, including all amounts that are being paid through them in addition to a fee based upon the collected State Sales Tax.  Because of THEIR extra charges, we are forced to increase our shipping cost so there will be enough to cover our out of pocket costs to mail a package.   This item can be picked up in person to avoid the shipping costs.  I am sorry eBay has taken this course of action of which I have no control and of which penalizes the buyer..
