An original Australian Nirvana's Bleach with a Blue/Silver sleeve and Blue vinyl on Waterfront Records. Discogs notes that this version has an estimated run of 500 copies. 

I bought it directly from an Australian store through in ad in Goldmine magazine back in the early to mid-90's.
Sleeve: Blue/silver printed matt sleeve, has a some creases/crushing near the corners. Top fold has some paper cracking. Spine also has some crushing/flattening. You can see an indentation from the vinyl towards the top of the back cover. Some minor scuffing on the Nirvana logo on the front. Best to see the photos.
Vinyl: clean copy. I don't see any scratches or scuffs. I literally played this once over 25 years ago. The a-side label has some flaws. I can't tell if its glue residue or "gloss" missing in a few spots on the label. See the pictures. The b-side label is pretty clean.
