(NM)  Perfect. No visible defects to vinyl album or cover

(EXC) Very close to being NM. Hardly any signs of wear to vinyl album or cover  

(VG+) Some slight signs of wear. Vinyl Album has light scuffs and very light scratches that have little or no effect on listening quality. Cover is in tact with minor ring wear, creases, or fading. 

(VG) Clear signs of use. Vinyl album has limited scuffs and scratches causing minor surface noise. Cover worn with ring wear minor seam splits, and / or other minor damage.  

(G) Acceptable condition. Very clear signs of use and wear. Vinyl Album well used scuffed and scratched but not useless. Album cover very worn, major seam splits, water damage and / or ring wear.
