The Chinese Man Trio is made up of High Ku, Matteo, & Sly and hails from the South of France. The collective has been making waves on their own label for 20 years now and they draw inspiration from hip-hop, trip-hop, dub, electro, and reggae. Their highly anticipated third album was recorded in Marseille and Paris and features collaborations with General Elektriks, KT Gorique, and more. Notably, the album includes orchestral arrangements by Gilles Alonzo and brass arrangements by Ferdinand Lemoine which lend it a real sense of grandeur next to the compelling beats which are richly musical and tinge with cinematic drama.
