The owner of this item got these signatures in New York City in 1961. The inclusion of Lenny Johnson shows that it was in that year because he was only in the band for 8 months, starting in February of 1961. It possibly was acquired during the same trip as the recording of The Count Meets The Duke album in July of that year.
