This is the classic vinyl album "Hotel California" by the Eagles. It was released on Asylum Records, catalog number 6E-103. This vinyl album is an early reissue and was released in 1977. It includes the hits:

New Kid In Town

This album also includes a 3 panel fold out poster of the band and is in great condition!

The record itself is in better than Very Good (VG+) condition with few visible marks but no scratches and has no affect to how the record plays. The cover is also in Very Good (VG) condition with some wear. This is still a great buy!
