Original 1973 issue on US Polydor PD 5085, pressed by Sterling. The later reissue did not have a gatefold cover. There is no legitimate US CD issue of this album.
Record is near-mint.
Gatefold cover is VG/VG+, with mild handling ring wear and a small sticker stain on the front upper right.
