    and In case of severe damage to the artist's portrait, we will only offer exchanges from our available inventory.

    Since outboxes are manufactured to prevent impact to protect the product, 

    fine scratches, damage, discoloration, etc. may occur during packaging/delivery, and this cannot be a reason for exchange.
