Refunds

In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn't be simpler. If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via eBay within 2 working days.

Any orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight and some parts of Northern Ireland are not covered by this service and will be sent using a 3-5 working day courier.
