This is the vinyl album "The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars", often shortened to simply "Ziggy Stardust" by David Bowie. It was released on RCA Victor Records, catalog number AYL1-3843. This vinyl album is a reissue and was released in 1980. It includes the tracks:

The record itself is in better than Very Good (VG+) condition with few visible marks but no scratches and has no affect to how the record plays. The cover is also in better than Very Good (VG+) condition with minor wear. Great buy!
