American jazz saxophonist Clifford Jordan related no fewer than 38 albums from the 60s up until his death in 1993. 1972's Clifford Jordan In The World is one of the most loved by fans and is a post-bop masterclass whose Japanese Edition now gets reissued by P-Vine on double gatefold. It features four tracks that are freeform explorations of a range of moods and grooves. Clifford plays full throttle throughout, as he was known to often do, and in doing so showcases his adventurous spirit across a series of studio recordings originally made for Strata East.
