Ben Stiller directs and stars in The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, an adaption James Thurber's classic tale of a daydreamer who escapes his mundane existence through heroic and romantic fantasies. The film's superb soundtrack cones from Theodore Shapiro, who was already renowned for scoring comedy hits like The Devil Wears Prada and Tropic Thunder. Now presented on vinyl and in full, it includes 12 tracks featuring Swedish indie folk artist Jose Gonzalez, the eloquent classical guitarist and poignant vocalist. Gonzalez's music has been featured in TV series such as Scrubs, Bones, House, and Numb3rs, and adds great depth to the film's musical landscape.
