Listed for sale (accepting offers) is my original copy of Juice WRLD’s “Death Race for Love” signed by Juice WRLD himself. This is the very limited orange vinyl edition as well. I bought this copy originally back in 2019 directly from the artist. I've included a screen shot of my exact order (my personal email address blacked out) from Juice WRLD's site as proof but am happy to show more order/shipping emails if it'd help. This record comes with:
As far as condition, I’ve included pictures of the signed cover. You will see pictures featuring two spots of light creasing that I’m pretty sure have been there since it shipped to me. Likely from sitting in a stack while he signed if I had to guess. There are no issues on the spine. No evidence of damage on top or bottom seams either. The bottom right corner looks very slightly creased/rubbed (see photos). The signed cover is overall extremely clean all in all and has the very clear JW 999 signature that is consistent with all other photos I've seen of the few other signed/orange copies.
The partially sealed second cover (that is unsigned) remains in the partial shrink wrap as received from the artist. Likewise, this cover is very clean and no creases that I can see through the shrink. Generally similar condition.
The poster has never been unfolded by myself. So you’d receive that still folded as from the artist. The poster is tucked in between the gatefold of the signed cover.
The records themselves are very clean. I’ve only played them a handful of times and never had any issues there as far as skips/scratches with my Ortofon red cartridge. I included label closeups as well so you can see they’re in very clean condition. No noticeable scratches/marks that I can see.
As far as shipping is concerned, I’ll be sending the package in a premium record mailer. The signed sleeve will be in a plastic record cover. The poster will be inside the gatefold. The records themselves are in their original paper sleeves and will be outside of any of the covers but inside the plastic sleeve so as to prevent any shipping damage to the cover. I will also likely place an old throw-away record cover in the packaging on the side where you’ll cut open the package to prevent and damage and to keep things from moving around much when shipping.
According to the UrbanOutfitters website at the time, "The second studio album from Juice WRLD, Death Race For Love is available exclusively at UO on 2000 limited pressings of translucent orange vinyl. With appearances from Brent Faiyaz and Young Thug, featuring the singles “Robbery” and “Hear Me Calling.” 2019, Grade A / Interscope."
This signed version orange copy being a subset of those 2000 makes this a very rare record. Your chance to get a rare piece of memorabilia and one of the rarest vinyl variants released in his lifetime.
