This long OOP and increasingly hard to find 1994 UK-issue LIMITED EDITION 7" vinyl picture disc of 'Take A Bow' (W0278P), the second single release from Madonna's sixth studio album 'Bedtime Stories', contains the following:

Disc, housed in a clear vinyl sleeve with numbered picture insert (07188), is in excellent condition.
