This is the vinyl album "American Beauty" by The Grateful Dead. It was released on Warner Bros. Records, catalog number WS 1893. This vinyl album is an original first pressing and was released in 1970. It includes the tracks:

The record itself is in Very Good (VG) condition with some visible marks but no scratches and has no affect to how the record plays. The cover also has some significant wear to it, and is only in better than Good (G+) condition. Even still, this is a great buy!
