The record itself is in good condition. I have tested/played it twice, and it plays great…like all vinyl, it has some hissing and popping; and has some signs of cosmetic wear and scratches. The cover is in very good condition. In fact, most of it is still covered in the original shrink wrap (except the side that was cut to get the record, and where it has torn and peeled back a bit). The colors and gloss pop and, due to the shrink wrap, most of the cover has almost no signs of wear, except for the exposed corners and edge, which have a bit of wear, and the bottom left corner has stretched and bent it a bit. The shrink wrap itself is a bit stretched and torn in a few places. The sleeve is generic semi-transparent plastic in good condition.
