Salvatore Accardo’s recording of Rossini’s “Sonate a quattro” is a celebrated interpretation of these charming early works by Rossini. Composed when Rossini was just twelve years old, these sonatas are written for two violins, cello, and double bass. Accardo, along with his ensemble, brings out the youthful exuberance and elegance of these pieces.
The album also includes Bottesini’s “Gran Duo Concertante”, showcasing the virtuosity of the performers. 
The Salvatore Accardo recording of Rossini’s “Sonate a Quattro” is a highly regarded collection. This box set features performances by Salvatore Accardo, Sylvie Gazeau, Alain Meunier, Franco Petracchi, and Bruno Canino. The original release was in 1979 by Philips.
The set includes all six of Rossini’s string sonatas, which are known for their lively and charming character. The recordings have been reissued multiple times, including a remastered version in 1995
Vinyl records are in excellent condition! 
Previously owned and gently used. 
Two-LP hinged box set. 
No scratches.

You may find remnants/speckles of the original yellow foam padding that disintegrated over time within the box.
Box has a small tear on the side, see pictures.
