Rare, and next to impossible to find. At the time of this listing there wasn't another one on eBay. Both the album and the jacket are a very conservative VG++. A few very, very light imperfections, but none affect play.
I'm not a professional as far as collecting and grading vinyl, I'm just a vinyl fanatic that has been collecting since the 70's. I am also very OCD about my records, and my audio equipment, I believe in taking care of things, it was taught to me at an early age. As far as mint, near mint, very good, ect, I see too may variables from one person to the next as to what is considered in each category. The vast majority of my collection is NM in my eyes (and ears). I have duplicates in a lot of scarce hard to find pieces, and am going to start listing a few.
I use new shipping packs made by The Best Record Mailer here in Tennessee. And to me they are the best! I ship USPS Media mail, USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Priority, just let me know at checkout. These records come from a smoke free pet free home, but as you know, some older ones have that aged aroma that we all love!
