I will be as honest as I can here. I purchased this many years ago on ebay from Korea as new "sealed" and have never personally opened it. What is odd about the shrink wrap is it comes up past the top of the sleave about half an inch which is not how a record is typically shrink wrapped. Please see the photographs.
To my knowledge this has never been played or open, so it is new sealed as far as I know when i bought it. The shrink wrap is also split at the sleeve opening about 5 inches so i can see inside with the inner sleeve and it looks like the slip and lyric sheet is in there.
Slight wear about an inch on the top, bottom, and spine where the record's edge would touch from the inside.
