In Unique Picture Sleeve That Has Some Band/Artists' Logo, No Exsists OBI Formally.

With Original Vinyl Style Inner Sleeve (It Has Light Brown Dot Spots).

Track Listings and Discography are on Back Sleeve.

The Japanese Word "Sample" and "Not for Sale" are Printed on Both Labels and Picture Sleeve.

Side 1 of The Disc is EX Minus-VG Plus, Side 2 is EX, Sleeve is VG Plus (No Bottom Split, But It Has Light Brown Dot Spots on Back, Looks Aged Condition).

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
