THE LOUVIN BROTHERS (Self-Titled Album) This is a sealed album on Rounder Records #Special Series 07. There is no release date on the LP -- it had been available on CD for several years but was deleted some years ago. The album is factory-sealed in the original cellophane and has no hole drilled or saw cut in the jacket. The liner notes were written by Douglas B. Green who was at the Country Music Foundation at the time (now with The Riders In The Sky). The liner notes cover 3/4 of the back album jacket and are very well written indeed. Unfortunately they are too involved and too lengthy for me to type them but they are worth the price of the album alone.
