Condition of the record: The recordust be in good condition because it has never been opened or played.

Condition of the inner sleeve: The inner sleeve must be in good condition as the album has never been opened.

Condition of the jacket: The album jacket is in good condition. The corners and the edges might be scuffed up a little and some discoloration might be present. The shrink wrap is still covering the album and is sealed but has some slits.

There might be couple of stamps that say: SECRET on both sides of the jacket and both sides of the record label. Those were put there by a previous owner who characterized his collection in this manner.
