Record is VG++/VG+ with a few light markings that should not effect audio quality and there may be some light surface noise in a few places that should not overpower the sound; Sleeve is VG+/VG with some light ringwear on the front and back, a name written in pen near the upper front left corner, small dings on the corners, some wear on the corners, and some wear on the seams with .25" split on the upper seam starting at the spine (see pictures)
