The Animals were the first of the British invasion era bands to really embrace the American classic blues masters.  They gave me my first exposure to artists like John Lee Hooker and Bo Diddley.  For that I am eternally grateful!  This greatest hits album highlights that love of the blues.  It is a 1987 reissue, digitally remastered and pressed on virgin vinyl.  It was released on ABKCO, number AB4324.  It contains an alternate version of We Gotta Get Out Of This Place.  I have listened to the album for grading purposes and it plays beautifully.  The vinyl is in pristine condition and plays with no unwanted background noise.  It easily grades NM.  The album cover also is in brand new condition with only very minor wear appearing on a couple of the corners.  It grades NM.
