We recently received a box of returned records from a store in Hokkaido, Japan that had been sitting there since 2006, including some out of print releases. They are new, although since their years overseas they've acquired the faintest scent of smoke. We've opened up and double checked the good condition and re-sleeved each one, and now it's time to make them available to the world.
These records have been out of print for a long time and we have no plans to reissue any of them, probably ever. This is a rare chance to get a new copy in good condition directly from P.W.Elverum & Sun/Mount Eerie.
On tour in Australia in 2004, Mount Eerie became a big pickup band of
Australians and recorded these 2 songs direct-to-lacquer in a cool
studio/pressing plant compound in Melbourne. This was the 2nd release by P.W. Elverum & Sun (after the Thanksgiving release) and it is definitely not going to be re-pressed ever. The cover is a silkscreened image on top of a recycled jacket. The vinyl is white.
