Available for purchase is the ORIGINAL 2-record classic Vinyl LP “The Allman Brothers Band at Fillmore East" issued in 1971. I purchased this album new in the early 1970s and am only letting it go to raise money for the scholarship described in the next paragraph, below.  It is the gatefold cover version with the pink Capricorn Records label (SD 2-802), with one record containing sides one and four, the other containing sides two and three.  The pressing number in the deadwax is ST-CAP-712223RI on side 1, ST-CAP-712224RI on side 4, ST-CAP-712225RI on side 2, and ST-CAP-712226 on side 3.   The gatefold outer cover shows slight wear on the corners, while the inner sleeves and the two albums are MINT.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed on every sale.

All proceeds from this sale will be donated to a scholarship fund established in memory of my son, Chris, at the University of Mary Washington, where he was in attendance at the time of his death in 2008. The scholarship helps students with financial need and/or a disability attend college, and has already awarded over $11,000 over the past five years. Thanks for looking, and thanks to those who have expressed an interest in donating without bidding (Checks should be made payable to the University of Mary Washington Foundation, memo line “Chris Morawetz Endowed Scholarship”, and mailed to the UMW Foundation, 1119 Hanover Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia, 22401-5412).
