 Shipments are usually sent out daily, but no later than 1 business days after payment is complete. I  If you would like to have your package sent out with a different carrier other then USPS, we will be glad to ship your items the way you want it. Extra postage and handling costs may occur. Again, we will be glad to work with you on how YOU want your item('s) handled and shipped. If you live close to our area (Anna, IL) we accept pickups at our store or office. If you plan on bidding on more of our auctions please do not pay until you have completed your purchases with us. If you buy/win multiple items we will try to cut shipping costs down for you by mailing them in the same package. We will combine shipping on multiple auctions won, if paid in one single payment and that all items can fit in one box.

Payments

We accept PayPal,  Payments must be received within 4 days of auction end date. If you believe your payment will be late, or need an extension, please contact us to let us know. There is a mandatory tax charge on Illinois residents only which is 7.250%.

Feedback will be given to you as soon as you have given us feedback and knowing that your item as been delivered safely. We always return feedback! If you had a problem down the line with our services, please contact us and we will try to work something out. But please contact us before giving negative feedback.

Refund Policy

If an item is misrepresented in any way from our descriptions you may return the item for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. To receive a refund for an item that was purchased please contact us with your claim before sending your item back. After we have received your claim we will let you know it's okay to ship the item back to us.
