 Available for auction is a highly collectable, audiophile album in rare investment grade. Featuring performances of Wagner's works with the Boston Symphony Orchestra conducted by Charles Munch. Vocal Soloist is Eileen Farrell. Repertoire is as follows:

"Brunnhilde's Immolation" from Act III of Gotterdammerung
"Prelude and Liebestod" from Tristan und Isolde

Recorded in 1958, this is a first pressing (1S/3S) from the Indianapolis ("I") plant of RCA Victor, well known to be among the best vinyl production facilities in America. The original edition LP has a "shaded dog" label with "Trade Marks" text and matrix numbers:

Sleeve is NM with minor wear. Original inner sleeve is NM with minor wear.

Vinyl is NM (play tested) without audible defect, VPI machine cleaned with L'Art du Son, it is shiny and without spindle marks.
