MINT vintage Phil Spector International 1970s pressing from Europe
Very hard to find reissue of two classic Philles singles on the short-lived Phil Spector International label distributed by Polydor in the mid-1970s. This was the third 45 issued on PSI.
The very rare sleeve is in excellent condition.
Record itself is true mint – never played, never out of the sleeve.
The record does not have the usual large center hole for 45 rpm disks, but the normal center found on vinyl LPs.
I am guessing that both sides are in the original mono (nothing is stated on the label). My guess is based on the fact that Spector was still in his 'back to mono' phase in the 1970s and was apparently still overseeing re-releases of his material.
Record
was purchased in France when it was first released and has been
carefully stored. Photos above are of the actual item on offer.
Excellent, truly rare item for Spector completists and Ronettes collectors.
