Record is VG ~ Vinyl has a nice gleam with quite a few light markings on each side that will most likely cause some slight surface noise upon playback, but does not look like it will skip in any points.
Sleeve is VG ~ The sleeve has some wear/creasing to the edges with a roughly 3" split along the top right corner, there is some light ring wear on both sides as well as some minor corner dings. (see photos)
