Record is VG+ ~ Vinyl has a wonderful gleam and appears to be hardly played, has a couple very minor markings that should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
Sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has a roughly 4" split on the top seam near the center, the corners are slightly creased, and there is some ring wear and slight discoloration to the backside. (see photos)
