A complete collection of 15 45rpm extended play records, 30 sides with 60 songs, plus 7 bonus tracks on 2 additional EPs for 67 total songs. The album contains an 11 page booklet with several photos and a description of the history related to this collection, as well as a two-page discography of date and location of each performance, and listings of the musicians performing.

From late evening radio broadcasts of the Orchestra live at the Glen Island Casino, the Meadowbrook, the Chesterfield, New York's Paradise Restaurant, and the Café Rouge of the Hotel Pennsylvania (of Pennsylvania 6-5000 fame), ranging from 1938 to 1942.

Original transcription lacquers were transferred to tape at RCA Victor's 24th Street Studios and edited for this release.

Two bonus 45rpm extended play records are included, with 7 additional performances from the same time frame.

Padded gold textured album cover and ring-bound booklet in exceptionally good condition – complete, no torn pages. Some discoloration/spots, mostly on page and sleeve edges. Records are in excellent condition – visual inspection found just one surface scratch (side 7). All grooves appear clean, sharp and clear.

Nothing is missing from this 1954 RCA release.
