The record is VG+ ~ The record is in wonderful shape with an excellent gleam and a couple VERY LIGHT markings that should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some light shelf wear with some slight discoloration to each side due to age, the corners have slight dings and creases, very minimal wear to the edges with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
