The record is VG+ ~ Vinyl has a great gleam and looks wonderful! There are a couple VERY MINOR markings which should have no effect to the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some very slight ring wear and minor corner dings, it is still in the original shrink wrap! (see photos)
