The record is VG+ ~ Vinyl has a nice gleam with a couple VERY LIGHT markings which should have no effect on the audio quality during playback.
The sleeve is VG ~ The sleeve has some ring and cover wear to each side, there is creasing and dings to all of the corners, the edges are creased and worn with NO SPLITS, there is some slight tearing on the front side near the top right corner, and some light tearing on the backside to the left edge.
