The record is VG+ ~ The record has a very nice gleam with a couple VERY MINOR markings which should not effect the audio quality during playback.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear, the corners have some light dings and the edges are lightly worn. (see photos)
