The record is VG+ ~ The record has a great gleam with a couple very light markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some very slight ring wear, with some light corner dings, and the edges have very slight with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
