The record is VG+ ~ The record has a wonderful gleam with a couple very minor markings, none of which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear to each side, the corners have slight dings and the edges have minor wear with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
