The record is VG+ ~ Vinyl has a great gleam with a couple very light markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear, the corners are very lightly dinged and the edges have minor wear with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
