The record is VG+ ~ The record has a nice gleam with a couple very light markings on each side, none of which should effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some very minor ring wear, the corners have some slight dings and the edges have some wear with a roughly 7" split to the top seam. (see photos)
