Violent Femmes eponymous album from 1983 was a blast of Indie rock in a period that was dominated by New Wave synth bands and was way ahead of its time because of this. Stripped down and raw it had an angry Punk energy that was very American. This disc is very close to NM condition..like EX+ with some very minor surface marks that don't affect playback. Media is in VG+ condition with some slight shelf wear, a small cut-out notch and some corner wear. This is the original Slash release from 1983, NOT the Rhino re-pop.
