with A Fold Out Style Japanese Linernotes / Lyrics Sheet (It Has Small Staple Holes on Top).
This Is Promo White Label Issue, So Japanese Words "Sample Not for Sale" are Printed on Both Labels.
Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus- VG Plus, Spine Parts Have Some Light Damages, A Small Sticker Spot is on The Top of Front Like The Photo # 5 (I Think A Small Red Sample Sticker Was Here, It's Tear Off and Lost Now on This Copy) And Having Light Ringwears on Back.
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
