The record is VG+ ~ The vinyl has a nice gleam with a couple very light markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ There is some very slight ring wear, there is some staining to each side and some minor sticker residue near the top right corner, the corners are lightly dinged and the edges have minor wear with a roughly 4" split on the top seam. (see photos)
